All food and beverages and daily maid services are paid for locally ? along with water sports, scuba and deep sea fishing. St James Club accepts all major credit cards.

* The all inclusive plan includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner ? along with wine by the glass, cocktails (non alcoholic and alcoholic), beers and soft drinks. Also included are some water sports from the beach.

The cost of the daily all inclusive plan is $110* per day per person. Evening meals are either buffet or al a carte and guests on the all inclusive plan may select from either menu. Alternatively food and beverages may be purchased as and when needed. Room service is available ? however this cannot be used within the all inclusive pricing plan.

NB: Prices subject to change. In addition, certain speciality meals such as Lobster, US prime beef may be surcharged accordingly

Local and International direct dial is available from the villa and charged for by the St James Club. Rates are available on request on arrival.

Rental Terms

1. 20% deposit when booking (non refundable when cancelling less than 60 days to rental start date)
2. 80% balance due 60 days prior to occupancy
3. Payment paid to US bank account by wire transfer. Wire transfer fees may not be deducted from the final account
4. Both deposits and final booking are confirmed in writing when payments are received

A rental agreement is provided on all rentals.
